Welcome!  I am a licensed clinical social worker  specializing in individual psychotherapy with adolescents and young adults.  I also provide consultation to parents, either in conjunction with adolescent therapy, or as an independent service.

I use an active approach to therapy, combining practical feedback with a supportive relationship to help clients address present and long-standing challenges.  I work with clients to help them connect with their innate strengths and self-knowledge as they navigate life decisions and relationships.
